These terms apply to arikico.com and the tools made by Ariki Co. (TCGGEZ also has its own terms at app.tcggez.com/terms, which apply to it as well.) By using our site or tools, you agree to them.

Using our tools

• Use them lawfully and within the rules of the marketplaces you sell on (TCGplayer, eBay, Mercari and others). You are responsible for your own listings, prices and sales.
• Prices, sales counts and suggestions come from public market data and can be wrong or out of date. Check them before you rely on them.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer our servers, or use them to collect other people's data.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. They are small and actively changing, and features in private beta may change or stop working.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Ariki Co. is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for losses from a price, listing or sale made with help from our tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Not affiliated

We are independent. TCGplayer, eBay, Mercari, Pokémon and other names belong to their owners and do not endorse us.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Questions: hello@arikico.com.
